The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of family and matrimonial matters including:* Divorce proceedings* Financial remedy matters* Private children matters* Advocacy at hearings where appropriate* Supporting and mentoring junior team members

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:* 6+ years’ PQE within Family Law* Strong experience managing divorce and financial remedy matters* Confidence handling a caseload independently* Advocacy experience* Experience supervising or supporting junior staff* Strong organisational and client care skills* A commercially minded approach with business development experience* A proactive, personable and positive attitude* Resolution membership/accreditation desirable
