Youll join a respected consultancy where youre not just another cog in a huge team, youll work directly with Directors, lead your own projects, and have a genuine voice in how things are delivered. ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
Preparing cost plans, BOQs and budget appraisals
Managing valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
Handling claims, loss & expense, and contract admin
Running tender processes and producing tender reports
Chairing project meetings and leading client communication
Carrying out site inspections, progress checks, and snagging
Acting as Employers Agent and/or Project Manager
ABOUT YOU
Experience as a QS, PQS or Project Manager
Strong technical knowledge of cost management and contracts
Confidence leading meetings and managing clients
Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping standards
RICS qualified or working towards (preferred)
Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
