HGV / Class 1 drivers needed
Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Drivers to work out of our clients premises in Derby on an ongoing / permanent basis with immediate starts available.
For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving a double decker heavy goods vehicle.
- Completing trunk runs only, depot to depot.
- Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately.
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will need:
- CE licence with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- No more than 6 points.
- DIGI and CPC Card.
Details of this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role:
- Competitive hourly rate – £14.01PH – £35.03PH including paid breaks
- Weekdays, weekends, days, and nights available with flexible working and full-time temp/perm work also offered
- Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking.
- Minimum 8hrs guaranteed per shift, even if you do less.
- No handball
- Brand new equipment, including new Mercedes trucks.
