Senior Construction Estimator| Luxury Residential | London
Up to £110,000 per annum or £500 per day shift
Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for super prime residential design and build projects? Were seeking a talented Estimator to join our client a prestigious property developer/contractor delivering exceptional, bespoke homes across London.
About the Role:
As the Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering for ultra-luxury residential developments with values typically between £10m and £50m in value. Working closely with clients and subcontractors, youll be responsible for delivering accurate cost plans, budgeting and value engineering across a prestigious and dynamic portfolio of HNWIs projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage cost estimates for new high-end residential builds
- Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis and procurement strategies
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Provide input on design and specification decisions to ensure cost efficiency
- Prepare tender documentation and analyse bids
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
- Proven experience working on luxury residential ( bespoke high-end projects)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and commercial skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Relevant experience gained in the UK
