Chief Executive Officer – Lead Strategy & Impact

MENTOR LINK is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead our charity in Stourport, addressing the needs of vulnerable young people facing social and emotional challenges. In this senior leadership role, you will have full strategic and operational accountability, driving forward financial resilience, governance, and impactful service delivery.

This permanent, full-time position offers an attractive salary of circa £60k per year, subject to a 3-month probationary period.
