Software Engineering Manager

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in leading people and software engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools for optimizing engineering processes and team performance
• Track record of your teams delivering on time
• A natural ability to inspire and motivate
• Drive for continual learning
• Exposure to Scrum or other Agile frameworks
• Knowledge of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Cloud and/or DevOps experience on a product with a large customer base and global reach
• Passionate about CI/CD and release trains, delivering a regular cadence of features and quality improvements
• Mastery in any programming language (C++, Go, TypeScript, …)
• Lead by example, exceed expectations and go above and beyond
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
