CNC PROGRAMMER CAD/CAM

We are recruiting for an experienced CAD /CAM Programmer to work for our client in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The duties of a CNC Programmer CAD/CAM

• Creating CAD models
• Convert 3D models and/or 2D drawings and programming for CNC routers
• Reading engineering drawings
• Use 3D SolidWorks for 3D modeling and Alphacam for the CNC router programming
• Office based

Essential experiences & skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
• Knowledge of Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RhinoCAM, or similar CAD/CAM platforms
• Excellent communication skills

The hours

Permanent, full time. Days: Monday – Friday 7am – 3.30pm.

Pay

The annual pay rate is between £28k-£37k, depending on skill and experience.
