Lead Technical Architect

DWP Digital is hiring a Lead Technical Architect based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, North East, UK.

This is a Full time opportunity (£95,000).

As a Lead Technical Architect, you will join DWP Digital’s Digital Channels team and lead the architecture design behind our Digital Channels Contact Centre (DC3). This is a critical transformation programme moving from traditional voice‑based services to a fully integrated omni‑channel contact centre.

You will operate at the highest level of architecture leadership, shaping strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering architectural capability that supports the organisation’s mission.
