The Opportunity

The role involves direct interaction with our customers and, above all, ensuring all customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm digital enquiries into successful vehicle lease deals, no cold calling required.
• Quickly establish rapport with customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Understand each customer’s unique needs, match them to our best leasing options and guide them through the journey from enquiry to delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest offers, vehicle specs, and funding solutions to confidently recommend the right package every time.
• Manage customer orders through to completion, working closely with our in-house admin and logistics teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Build long-lasting relationships, creating repeat and referral opportunities through top-tier service.

What We’re Looking For

• A sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets and deliver results.
• Excellent communicator who thrives on delivering brilliant customer experiences.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple deals in a dynamic, digital environment.
• Proactive, tech‑savvy and confident navigating online systems and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in leasing, automotive sales, or finance is a bonus but the right attitude is what really matters.
