Air Conditioning & HVAC Engineer

The Role
As an Air Conditioning & HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial and industrial air conditioning and HVAC systems across Norfolk and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
- Working on VRV/VRF, split, multi‑split, and ventilation systems
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships on site
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Air Conditioning or HVAC Engineer
- F‑Gas Certification (essential)
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working within commercial environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
