Air Conditioning Engineer – IND1

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UK’s leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule – Monday to Friday 45 hours
• Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call (This is for emergencies only)
• Salary – £48,812 per year
• Location – Maidstone, Kent
• Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours

Your duties will be yet not limited to

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Experience in changing a compressor which includes brazing
• Experience in replacing 4 port valves
• Experience on VRV Systems
• Technical Support
• Technical Reports
• AC Surveys to diagnose faults
• Support with minor fabric work within the stores if ever required

Requirements

• Full UK License – 6 points max
• F–Gas Category 1 Qualified
• Recognised Apprenticeship or Qualified to AC/HVAC Services
