About the role
We are working with a growing and well‑established recruitment business looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join their team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous sales or telesales experience is a huge advantage, but most importantly, we are looking for driven individuals who are eager to learn and develop a successful career.

This role is situated on the outskirts of Swindon and therefore a driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities
- Speak with candidates to discuss current job opportunities
- Reach out to talent through phone calls, emails, texts, and social media
- Support experienced consultants with sourcing and introducing talent to clients
- Match suitable candidates to client requirements and recruitment needs
Qualifications
- Previous exposure in sales
- Passionate about relationship building
- Driven by targets and KPIs
- Strong and effective communication skills at all levels
- Hunger to develop, learn, and become the best in the market
- Full UK driving licence essential
