International Ethics & Compliance Regional Lead (Hybrid)

CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking a Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer – International to strengthen the Ethics & Compliance framework across the International region. This role involves implementing compliance strategies, advising business stakeholders, and managing compliance risks. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

This hybrid position requires 3 days per week at the Maidenhead office and includes capabilities to travel globally. Candidates should have strong strategic and stakeholder management skills.
