Regional Service Manager – Nottingham

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum. Full‑time position. Full autonomy with a comprehensive benefits package. Immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional service team across the Midlands and North West.
• Manage a team of field service engineers.
• Recruit, train and develop staff.
• Plan and execute service delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Drive initiatives for process improvement and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service manager, team leader, supervisor or similar role.
• Technical background, preferably engineering experience.
• Live within commuting distance to Nottingham.
