About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Bench Joiners and Cabinet Makers for a range of workshop-based opportunities in Oxford and across the UK. These roles involve producing high-quality bespoke joinery, fitted furniture, cabinetry, and specialist woodwork to exceptional standards.

Successful candidates will have strong woodworking experience, a keen eye for detail, and pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Opportunities are available within both small specialist workshops and larger manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and furniture to a high standard
• Work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Assemble and finish bespoke products with excellent attention to detail
• Work independently or as part of a workshop team to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Requirements

• Strong understanding of traditional and modern joinery techniques
• Ability to work accurately to fine tolerances
• Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Reliable, motivated, and quality‑driven approach
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Job Details

• Full-time and part‑time opportunities available
• Pay: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Locations: Oxford and various locations across the UK
• Applicants should be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate where required
