Welder
OTE £36,150.00 – £41,060.00 per year. Guaranteed basic starting salary £36,150.00 per annum. Permanent role, ongoing progression encouraged with associated skill structure pay increases, overtime at enhanced rates, plus additional standard monthly bonuses paid each month.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Fabrication & Welding of mild steel platform chassis components to specified Company standards, and operate automated plasma/seam welder.
Experience
- Experience of fabrication and welding
- Experience of using jigs and assembly fixtures to manufacture high quality repetitive components.
- Fully conversant with the MIG welding process.
- TIG welding experience is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours & Salary
Day shift hours 07.30 – 16.30 Monday – Thursday & Friday 07:30 – 13:30 (with regular structured overtime). Rotating day shift hours 06:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday – Thursday & 06:00am – 11:30am / 11:30am – 5:00pm Friday (Shift bonus of 1.15 for both shifts).
Guaranteed basic starting salary £16.13 x 40/37.5 hours per week plus guaranteed minimum £50 per week bonus – £36,150.00. Overtime paid at premium rates outlined below.
- Level A – premium rate £24.20 per hour (1.5).
- Level B – premium rate £32.26 per hour (2.0).
- Additional monthly bonus aligned to business performance equates to total bonus payments of £280 – £350 per month on average (for reference only).
