We have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering Team as a Maintenance Technician.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- Performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical work, and general repairs, which may involve lifting and working at heights
- Liaising effectively with all departments and managers regarding any maintenance and repair work and actions required
- Organising and prioritising work schedules to meet operational needs and ensure minimal disruption to our guests
- Following company and department health, safety, and security policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe and secure environment
- Addressing and resolving maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner
What do you need to apply?
You will have previous experience in a similar role and have a solid foundation in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC systems with having the ability and experience to safely use hand and power tools.
You will also be proactive and have good communication and problem-solving skills as well as having a good understanding of health and safety practices.
This role will require flexibility to work shifts, weekends or being on call.
