Butchery Apprentice: Hands-On Training & Level 2 Butcher

The Cornwall College Group is excited to offer a Butchery Apprenticeship at Dunbia Treburley, where you will gain hands-on training in essential butchery skills in a professional work environment. This apprenticeship will last for 1 year and 6 months, during which you will attend Duchy College for specialized training.

You will work closely with the Butchery Manager, assisting in various tasks while developing your skills in meat processing, stock management, and customer service. The role starts with an hourly wage of £12.71 and may include increase potential through a bonus program.
