Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Must be over 18 – some deliveries involve alcohol products
- Good communication skills – this is a customer facing role
Key Responsibilities
Deliver top quality products to customers on time and with excellent customer service, following the route planned by our automated technology.
Contract and Working Hours
Contract type: Permanent. Hours: 40 hours per week (including paid breaks). You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, with 8 hour shifts. Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rosters are provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure
Position is lumen paid – paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
- Basic hourly rate (Mon–Sat): £13.22
- Evening premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
- Sunday day premium: £1.32
- Sunday evening premium: £2.55
- Overtime Monday–Sat day shift: £16.53
- Overtime Monday–Sat evening shift: £17.65
