Athletic Development Coach (Permanent, Part-Time). Exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Athletic Development Coach to join LEH from September 2026. This role involves driving the athletic development strategy within the sports department, ensuring it is accessible for all pupils. The successful candidate will aim to increase the provision of our current athletic development programme, teaching the value of strength and conditioning in a way that is both inspiring and engaging.

Responsibilities

Drive and develop the athletic development strategy for the sports department.

Ensure accessibility of athletic development for all pupils.

Increase the provision of the current athletic development programme.

Teach the value of strength and conditioning in an inspiring and engaging way.

Working Hours

Permanent, part-time position working 20 hours per week. Hours: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, four days a week, 35 weeks per year (term-time plus one week). Additional hours may be required in line with departmental requirements. Flexibility to the core working hours can be considered for the right candidate.
