Cover Supervisor

As our Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital part in supporting students’ learning by covering lessons in the absence of teaching staff. Working under the direction of the Head of Department, you’ll provide guidance, encouragement and ensure a calm, structured classroom environment, enabling all students to learn, achieve and progress.

• Ability to maintain control and purpose within the classroom
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
