Arros QD is a Valencian cuisine restaurant in Fitzrovia, specialising in paella and wood‑fired dishes. The kitchen operates around a six‑metre wood‑fire stove with theatrical seating around the open kitchen.
Job Overview
We are looking for chefs with professional cooking experience who have previously worked with fresh produce from scratch, and who are ready to join a welcoming, supportive and gastronomy‑focused kitchen brigade.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Prepare high‑quality dishes following recipes, including signature paellas and rice dishes.
- Work under the gastronomic guidance of Michelin Star Chef Quique Dacosta.
- Maintain high standards of produce and service first for guests.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities and contribute to the team culture.
Qualifications
- Professional cooking experience.
- Experience cooking with fresh produce from scratch.
- Strong commitment to high‑quality ingredients and gastronomic values.
