Job Summary
We are seeking a full‑time Counter Manager for Boots Tamworth to lead our Brow and Beauty team and achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals, ensuring high service standards.
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Connect personally with customers, demonstrate products, and consistently achieve individual sales targets to contribute to overall counter goals.
- Conduct engaging daily team meetings, promote open communication, and recognize achievements to maintain focus on targets.
- Develop innovative in‑store and external events through collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Ensure the counter is fully stocked, monitor inventory levels, and report concerns to the Area Manager to minimize lost sales.
- Serve as the key communicator between store/department managers and area managers, ensuring smooth flow of information.
- Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks to support operations.
- Create fair and effective monthly staff rotas that optimize coverage and support sales goals.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays, providing a professional shopping environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience with a passion for sales success.
- Minimum 6 months of management experience.
