Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher who can help shape the future of the school through strong leadership, clear strategy, and high expectations for the children we support. You will work alongside the Head Teacher to drive standards, culture, and long‑term success.

You will lead and inspire, ensuring everything you and your team do benefits the children you support. You will bring strong leadership skills, a clear understanding of teaching and learning, and the ability to balance day‑to‑day operational demands with long‑term strategic planning.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience – Deputy or aspiring Deputy Head Teacher.
- Teaching and Learning – Excellent understanding of what happens in the classroom.
- Communication – Confident verbal and written communication with staff, governors, parents, and children.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Career Commitment – Strong commitment to leadership, pupil outcomes, and the continued success of the school.
