Teaching Assistant Level 2: Inspire & Support Students

Dorset Council is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (level 2) in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will work within a class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis, motivating and encouraging children.

The ideal candidate must possess an NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent and GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or above). A passion for supporting children’s learning and promoting high standards is essential. Experience in a school setting and excellent communication skills are desired.
