Regional Sales Consultant – Pneumatics & Industrial Automation UK Territory – £45k Basic + Bonus + Car (Exclusive)

We are recruiting for a global market leader in pneumatics, automation components and fluid control solutions.

About the Role You will drive sales growth in the machine building and OEM sector, managing the full sales cycle. You will engage with engineers, production managers and senior decision-makers to provide technical solutions using pneumatic actuators, valves, cylinders, vacuum products, and complete automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets across pneumatics and automation products
  • Identify and win new business in target industries
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders and distributors
  • Deliver technical advice and tailored automation solutions
  • Manage pipeline and CRM activity

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience in pneumatics, automation, fluid power or industrial products
  • Strong technical understanding (engineering background preferred)
  • Driven, competitive and confident engaging with technical stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence + valid passport (occasional international travel)

This is a great opportunity to represent premium pneumatic and automation solutions into automotive, food & beverage, packaging, life sciences and general machine manufacturing sectors.

Package: £40-45k basic + 20% Bonus + Car, etc
