We’re working with a leading firm seeking a Contentious Data Protection & Information Governance Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge matters in a rapidly evolving area of law.
You’ll advise on a broad range of contentious data protection and information governance issues, including:
- Subject access requests (SARs) and individual rights requests
- Data breaches and cyber incidents
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
- Litigation arising from data/privacy disputes
This role offers exposure to complex, high-value disputes and the chance to work closely with a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
We’re keen to hear from:
- Lawyers with a commercial or litigation background looking to specialise in data protection/contentious privacy matters
- Individuals with strong technical ability and an interest in cyber/data-related risk
- Candidates with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Candidates from private practice or in-house environment
