Newly created role for a real estate lawyer to join growing business
Birmingham based – 2 days in the office
Full time or part time application will be considered
We are currently exclusively instructed on a rare opportunity for a real estate lawyer to make the move in-house!
Our client is a household name, recognised globally as a leader in it’s field. They have a strong, established legal team dealing and now need to recruit an additional lawyer to work with their Legal Director (for property) supporting property transactions.
If you have at least 2-5 years’ experience of handing a broad property portfolio, including leasehold matters, and would like the opportunity to become fully involved in a very successful commercial organisation, this could be role for you.
Excellent technical knowledge and experience is essential however equally important is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation and take a proactive approach to supporting them in their work.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop close working relationships and take on new responsibilities whilst having the support and commercial experience of an established wider team.
