Salary: £26,000+

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in the recruitment of a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing Commercial Property team based in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal, looking to build a long-term career within Commercial Property law. The firm is committed to developing talent and offers comprehensive training, genuine career progression opportunities and a supportive working environment.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced Commercial Property fee earners, you will provide support on a broad range of transactions, gaining exposure to high-quality work while developing your technical knowledge and practical experience.

The role will involve:

  • Assisting with a variety of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and related transactions
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Managing property searches and Land Registry applications
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties by telephone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
  • Supporting fee earners with transactional and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met

About You

Suitable candidates may include:

  • Commercial Property Paralegals with previous experience in a similar role
