RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple heritage and restoration projects, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently ach

ieved.Key responsibilities i

  • nclude:Managing multiple heritage and restoration projects from pre-construction through to com
  • pletion.Leading site teams and supporting Project Managers and Site M
  • anagers.Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within
  • budget.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, conservation officers, and subcont
  • ractors.Monitoring project performance, programme delivery, and commercial obj
  • ectives.Coordinating labour, materials, subcontractors, and specialist
  • trades.Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, particularly on historically sensitive str
  • uctures.Managing project reporting, risk assessment, and quality assurance pr

ocesses.

About YouTo be considered for this position, you w

  • ill have:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the building heritage, high-end refurbishment, restoration, or conservation sectors within a main contracting en
  • vironment.A strong understanding of traditional building methods and heritage construction t
  • echniques.Experience delivering listed building, conservation, refurbishment, or restoration
  • projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation
  • al skills.Strong commercial awareness and project management cap
  • abilities.Ideally, a background in carpentry and joinery, with a practical understanding of traditional craftsmanship and specialist restorat
