We are partnering with a world-renowned luxury jewellery house to appoint a Senior Brand Ambassador for its flagship boutique in London.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished luxury sales professional with a proven track record in high jewellery, fine jewellery, watches or ultra-luxury retail. The successful candidate will be a true relationship builder, capable of cultivating and developing meaningful connections with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients while delivering extraordinary commercial results.

The role requires an individual who is comfortable operating at the highest level of luxury retail, confidently presenting and selling exceptional creations valued at £100,000+, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised luxury client experience.
  • Build, develop and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Drive significant sales performance through proactive client development, networking and relationship management.
  • Confidently present and sell high-value pieces, including transactions exceeding £100,000.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through personal networks, referrals and strategic outreach.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, communicating the heritage, craftsmanship and unique stories behind each creation.
  • Organise and host private appointments, client events and bespoke experiences.
  • Develop long-term relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business and client retention.
  • Collaborate closely with boutique leadership and CRM teams to maximise commercial opportunities.

About You

  • Proven success within fine jewellery, high jewellery, luxury watches or ultra-luxury retail environments.
  • Strong existing client portfolio and ability to attract, develop and retain high-value clients.
  • Demonstrated experience closing significant transactions and managing complex sales journeys.
  • Advanced storytelling skills with the ability to bring craftsmanship, heritage and product creation to life.
  • Exceptional sales capability, negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Strategic thinker who understands long-term client development and business growth.
  • Naturally confident, polished and credible when engaging with affluent international clientele.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable, particularly Mandarin, Russian or Arabic.
