Interim Legal Counsel

A major utilities organisation is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant, Procurement Lawyer, or Senior Paralegal to support a business-critical COUPA Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation programme.

You will play a key role in developing and standardising contract templates, clause libraries, procurement documentation, and governance frameworks to support system implementation and go-live.

Key Requirements

• Strong commercial contracts and procurement law experience
• Experience developing contract templates and clause libraries
• Procurement governance and policy experience
• Experience supporting S2P, ERP, CLM, or procurement transformation programmes
• Ability to work across Legal, Procurement, and Programme teams

Essential

• Demonstrable knowledge and practical application of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23)
• Experience operating within regulated procurement environments

Desirable

• COUPA implementation experience
• Utilities sector experience
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience
