We’re looking for an experienced Trade Sales Director to lead a national sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships across the UK travel trade. This is a high-profile leadership role where you’ll shape sales strategy, develop key partnerships, and represent leading travel brands at industry events and conferences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Build and strengthen relationships with travel agents, consortia, and key industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Oversee sales performance, budgets, promotional campaigns, and commercial agreements.
• Act as a visible industry ambassador, representing the business across the travel sector.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST have sales leadership experience gained within the tour operating and/or cruise sectors.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the UK travel trade and distribution landscape.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally.
