Our client, a leading multinational law firm, is looking for a 5-7+ PQE Lawyer to join their Debt Finance team.

• Rate: Based on Experience
• Working Pattern: Full-Time
• Location: Remote (occasional meetings in office based in London)

Our client assists in restructuring and renegotiating debt, always taking a pragmatic and proactive approach to their work. They also act for banks and funds and provide advice on complex cross-border financings.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong experience in debt finance, ideally 5–7 PQE, with solid experience in the issuance of Eurobonds.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across complex agreements.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal accuracy with business objectives.
• UK-qualified or foreign-qualified lawyers with strong UK experience.
