I’m supporting a confidential search for a Head of Operations to join a fast-growing mobility business operating a large vehicle fleet across the UK.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for fleet operations, logistics, customer service, supplier management, operational performance, and cost control.
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Lead multi-functional operational teams
• Drive fleet utilisation and operational efficiency
• Manage third-party suppliers and service partners
• Build KPI reporting and operational visibility
• Control costs while maintaining high service standards
• Thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
