Salary: £15.00+ per hour (depending on experience) 

Core Working Days: Monday – Friday Core Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM Position: Permanent, Full‑Time

About the Role

A fully private dental clinic based in the Haslemere / Liphook / Petersfield area is seeking a career‑driven Dental Nurse to join their team. The practice delivers high‑quality General Dentistry, Advanced Cosmetic treatments, and Invisalign, with a strong focus on exceptional patient experience.

This role is ideal for a confident, organised Dental Nurse who enjoys taking ownership of the clinical environment and contributing to a premium patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Support

  • Provide high‑level chairside assistance for private general dentistry and cosmetic treatments.
  • Support Invisalign workflows, including digital scanning (training provided if required).
  • Maintain a boutique, patient‑focused environment and ensure a gold‑standard patient journey.
  • Oversee the Central Sterilisation Room (CSSD) as the Decontamination Lead.

2. Clinical Management

  • Ensure all surgeries are fully stocked, prepared, and running efficiently.
  • Manage clinical stock control, procurement, supplier relationships, and budgets.
  • Act as the first point of contact for equipment maintenance and surgery troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • GDC‑registered Dental Nurse (essential).
  • Strong experience within a private dental setting.
  • Experience with Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry is desirable but not essential.
  • Confident using dental software (SOE/R4) and digital workflows (iTero/Trios).
  • Professional flexibility to support occasional variations in hours for urgent patient care.
