A highly regarded international Legal 100 law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (1–6 PQE) to join its growing Birmingham team. The Opportunity

You will advise a diverse client base including developers, institutional landlords, portfolio owners, investors, local authorities and corporate occupiers on a wide range of contentious property matters.

The team’s expertise includes:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Dilapidations, rent reviews and breach of covenant claims
  • Alienation and break clause disputes
  • Development and portfolio management disputes
  • Property contract disputes
  • Rights of way, easements and restrictive covenant matters
  • Adverse possession claims
  • Rights to light disputes
  • Telecommunications disputes
  • Leasehold enfranchisement matters
  • Residential landlord and tenant disputes
  • Service charge disputes and tenancy enforcement
  • Property-related insolvency matters
