A highly regarded international Legal 100 law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (1–6 PQE) to join its growing Birmingham team. The Opportunity
You will advise a diverse client base including developers, institutional landlords, portfolio owners, investors, local authorities and corporate occupiers on a wide range of contentious property matters.
The team’s expertise includes:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Dilapidations, rent reviews and breach of covenant claims
- Alienation and break clause disputes
- Development and portfolio management disputes
- Property contract disputes
- Rights of way, easements and restrictive covenant matters
- Adverse possession claims
- Rights to light disputes
- Telecommunications disputes
- Leasehold enfranchisement matters
- Residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Service charge disputes and tenancy enforcement
- Property-related insolvency matters
