Are you a Contentious Construction Lawyer looking to work on some of the most significant construction, engineering, infrastructure and energy disputes in the market?
An internationally recognised law firm is continuing to invest heavily in its Construction & Engineering Disputes practice and is looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join its growing team.
This is not a role focused on routine construction disputes. The team acts on some of the largest, most complex and highest-value disputes in the UK and internationally, advising governments, public bodies, multinational corporations, major developers, contractors and infrastructure providers.
Working as part of one of the largest Construction & Engineering disputes teams globally, you’ll gain exposure to landmark projects across the energy, infrastructure, transport, utilities and development sectors.
The Role
You will:
- Advise on complex construction and engineering disputes
- Handle high-value adjudications, litigation and international arbitration matters
- Support clients with dispute avoidance and strategic project risk management
- Lead matters and supervise junior lawyers
- Work directly with major UK and international clients
- Play a key role in business development and client relationship management
- Help shape the future growth of an expanding practice
