Legal Counsel – Tech Sector – (12 Month FTC – Immediate Start)

Legal Counsel (1–3 PQE) | Global Technology Business | 6–18 Month FTC

We are looking to speak with qualified lawyers (1-3 PQE) who would be interested in a Legal Counsel role within a Global Technology Business.

This would be a a 6–18 month FTC, with an immediate start required.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting a busy in-house legal function on a broad range of matters. The role will involve:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
• Advising on regulatory and compliance matters
• Providing day-to-day legal support to key business stakeholders
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple functions and jurisdictions

About you:

• Qualified lawyer with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial contracts experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance matters
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Immediately available or available at short notice

This is a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office in London.
