A leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management is recruiting a Project Manager to join the team located in London
Key Tasks
- Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
- Ensure opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
- Deliver projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Identify, reduce, and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial, or otherwise) associated with each project.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure healthy and safe working conditions and effective implementation of health and safety policies across company and subcontractor activities.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and preferred suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions while managing risk.
- Work collaboratively with operational managers to support project development.
- Develop project financial plans to support revenue and profit delivery.
- Ensure positive cash flow through agreed payment schedules and timely invoicing/payment applications.
- Manage project delivery within budget requirements and maximise profit through cost reductions and effective procurement of subcontractor services.
- Maintain appropriate control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
- Promote and maintain the organisation’s core values.
- Support the sales process through solution development, presentations, and consultation meetings.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification in Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent
- Proven track record of Project Management experience in Office Fit Out
- Excellent team player
- Strong client-facing skills
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security, and plumbing installations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to demonstrate logical thinking, analytical skills, sound judgment, and initiative
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure
