Solutions Architect – Autonomous Workspace

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Day rate contract (inside IR35)

Location: London

We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Workspace Solutions Architect to design, assure and deliver enterprise-scale digital workspace solutions for a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for digital workspace projects from design through deployment
• Produce and maintain Solution Architecture High-Level Designs (SAHLD) covering business, data, application, technology and security
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, reference architectures, security (IRM) and Target Operating Environments
• Model architectures using ArchiMate and BiZZdesign, lifting project outputs to conceptual and logical levels
• Review and approve detailed designs and testing approaches
• Identify, mitigate and escalat architectural risks and non-compliance, securing step-out approvals where required
• Coach engineers, consultants and analysts on solution design best practice
• Support architecture governance and review boards
• Stay current with workspace, UEM and automation technologies to ensure future‑proof solutions

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong experience designing enterprise digital workspace and UEM solutions
• Hands‑on expertise with Intune, Workspace ONE, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
• Automation of device and application management using infrastructure‑as‑code principles
• Architecture modelling experience (ArchiMate; BiZZdesign preferred)
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Nice‑to‑Have

• TOGAF or similar architecture framework certification
• Experience using analytics tools (PowerBI, Python, R, Qlik) to identify automation use cases
