This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact executive role tasked with protecting and elevating the reputation of a major public tech brand operating in a highly scrutinized, fast‑moving market.
Reporting directly into the executive leadership team, you will own the overarching narrative for the business, modernising how they engage with the media, businesses, and the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the Global Narrative: Design and execute a unified, forward‑thinking communications strategy that elevates corporate reputation and champions transparency on a global scale.
- Lead Through High Scrutiny: Serve as the chief strategic advisor to senior leadership on market perception, media relations, and corporate risk within a UK/US public company framework.
- Master Crisis & Reputation Management: Take ultimate ownership of the crisis communication playbook, navigating complex public relations challenges with composure and sharp executive judgment.
- Drive 360° Integrated Comms: Oversee a multi‑faceted function spanning Corporate, B2B, and Consumer communications, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across diverse audiences.
- Modernise the Function: Act as a future‑focused leader by integrating AI, advanced data analytics, and emerging technologies to optimise communications delivery and measurement.
- Cultivate Global Talent: Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing international communications team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous innovation.
- Cross‑Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with Investor Relations, Legal, Public Affairs, Marketing, and Product to ensure communications directly support broader commercial objectives.

- Public Company Leadership: Proven track record leading global communications within a UK‑listed (PLCs) or US‑listed corporate environment.
