A Top Tier Legal 500 firm is currently looking for multiple Court of Protection solicitors to work within their highly ranked Court of Protection team, working on a wide range of deputyship matters. This team sees interesting and high-value work advising HNW clients and is ranked extremely highly in both the Chambers and Legal 500 rankings! Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Court of Protection applications and assisting in deputyship applications with good levels of support.
- Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners on Court of Protection matters, including work with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Supporting the running and development of the Private Client Team.
- Assist with client development and marketing projects.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record within a reputable law firm
- Experience with financial Court of Protection matters (those with experience in Health & Welfare side of Court of Protection will also be considered!)
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- The ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
