Our client is currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a highly regarded organisation on a 6-month contract within their Employee Services team
.This is a challenging, varied, and impactful HR role, working at the heart of the business to manage complex employee relations matters while supporting managers and promoting a positive working environment
.The Rol
eAs an ER Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations cases. You will take ownership of cases end-to-end and play a key role in developing management capability across the organisation
.Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide timely, pragmatic ER advice to managers, balancing business needs with employee wellbein
- gManage complex cases from start to finish, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issue
- sCoach and upskill managers to strengthen ER capabilit
- yCollaborate closely with HR teams and legal colleagues on complex matter
- sIdentify trends and contribute to training and continuous improvement initiative
- sMaintain accurate case records and ensure timely responses to querie
