Commercial Property Manager

You will be working for an independent firm of commercial property consultants who are very well established in SW London and Surrey. They have a diverse property portfolio specialising in office, industrial, retail, investment & development opportunities.

Duties will include

• Rent and service charge collection
• Ensuring compliance with landlords’ covenants
• Full tenant liaison
• Organisation and supervision of maintenance and repairs
• Monitoring of rent reviews and lease renewals
• Service charge budgeting and reconciliations
• Regular property inspections
• Advice and compliance with statutory regulations
• Strategic property advice

You will need experience working in commercial property management with an understanding of landlord and tenant work and service charge processes.

Salary up to £50,000 with competitive package.
