You will be working for an independent firm of commercial property consultants who are very well established in SW London and Surrey. They have a diverse property portfolio specialising in office, industrial, retail, investment & development opportunities.
Duties will include
- Rent and service charge collection
- Ensuring compliance with landlords’ covenants
- Full tenant liaison
- Organisation and supervision of maintenance and repairs
- Monitoring of rent reviews and lease renewals
- Service charge budgeting and reconciliations
- Regular property inspections
- Advice and compliance with statutory regulations
- Strategic property advice
You will need experience working in commercial property management with an understanding of landlord and tenant work and service charge processes.
Salary up to £50,000 with competitive package.
