Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business?
We are recruiting for an HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function, providing both strategic and operational support across the organisation. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with managers and stakeholders, driving employee engagement, supporting business growth and ensuring HR best practice is embedded throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR function, supporting managers and employees across all areas of HR
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation
- Support recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent
- Assist with payroll processes and employee benefits administration
- Monitor and report on HR KPIs, providing insights to support business decision-making
- Design and deliver management development and HR training programmes
- Support organisational change, business improvement initiatives and company growth plans
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments
- Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and HR best practice
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
About You
- Previous experience in a HR Manager position
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Strong HR generalist background with employee relations experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience supporting organisational growth and change initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Coaching, influencing and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
