About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President or Director to join our clients growing Debt Advisory team, with a particular focus on transaction execution. This is a key role for an ambitious professional who can lead complex workstreams, manage lender relationships, and deliver high-quality financing solutions for clients across a range of sectors.

As an Associate Director, you will play a central part in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt transactions including refinancing’s, leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, acquisition financings, and bespoke funding solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership while managing day-to-day execution and guiding junior team members

Key Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates from initial structuring through to completion.
  • Develop robust financing structures and prepare high-quality materials including credit papers, financial models, lender presentations, and process documentation.
  • Manage the lender engagement process, including coordinating due diligence, responding to lender queries, and negotiating key financing terms.
  • Provide clear, actionable advice to clients on financing options, market conditions, and potential funding risks.
  • Support origination efforts through preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and market updates.
  • Mentor and oversee analysts and associates throughout transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other financing providers

About

  • You will have 6+ years of experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, structured finance, corporate banking, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong transaction experience, particularly in managing execution processes end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of financing markets, credit analysis, debt structures, and key financing terms.
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative attitude with a commitment to developing junior team members.
