The role
Reporting to the Casino Manager, Pit Managers are accountable for providing exceptional customer experience, including:
- Ownership of all gaming floor customer experience ensuring Wynn values and Forbes Standards are embodied by all Dealer/Inspectors and are consistently delivered.
- Ownership of the employee performance ensuring transparent, two-way communication and collaboration.
- Accountability for service and performance.
- The leadership and development of a high-performance feedback culture that allows employees to contribute to the success of the business.
- Maintaining operational and decision-making integrity by acting positively and decisively to resolve a problem.
- Motivating and developing the team to understand the key business drivers and how they add value.

Do you have:
- Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to internal and external customer needs.
- Exceptional communication and dispute resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop direct reports.
- Supervisor experience.
- Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL).
- Have knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements.
