The Role
The firm is seeking a U.S.-qualified Associate with experience in Equity Capital Markets to join its busy London team. The successful candidate will work on a range of ECM matters, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, rights issues and related transactions. Operating as part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues worldwide on sophisticated, high-value, cross-border deals. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge work across diverse industries within a top-tier global platform.
What They’re Looking For
- U.S.-qualified lawyer with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience advising on ECM transactions including IPOs and secondary offerings
- Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and regulations
- Excellent drafting skills and technical ability
- Strong academic credentials and prior BigLaw or leading international firm experience preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work seamlessly within a global team
- Open to candidates relocating from the US
