AVA Energy are supporting a leading consulting firm working at the forefront of the energy transition, and we’re looking for an experienced energy professional to join the Residential Smart Energy team.
This is a client-facing research and consulting role focused on energy retail strategy, smart propositions, and residential flexibility — covering how value is created and captured across the value chain in markets across Europe.
What you’ll be doing: Managing and delivering research and consulting projects, leading qualitative and quantitative analysis, producing client-ready outputs, and supporting business development. You’ll also help develop less experienced colleagues and build your own profile as a trusted market expert.
What we’re looking for: Someone with proven experience in energy — ideally retail, strategy, consulting or research — strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and project deadlines. Curiosity, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset matter as much as technical knowledge.
